For patients receiving a Vertex gene therapy

Gene therapy can be a one-time treatment, but it is a journey that has many steps. Vertex Connects is a program that provides educational resources, communications, and support to navigate the treatment journey for patients and their loved ones who have been prescribed and are starting a Vertex gene therapy.

Vertex Connects offers support through Care Managers who will provide educational resources and information to help patients prepare for each step with a Vertex gene therapy. Care Managers will also work with Authorized Treatment Centers delivering gene therapy to help coordinate logistics for each patient’s treatment journey.*

*Confirmation of eligibility and a completed enrollment form are required to enroll in Vertex Connects Patient Support. Enrollment in Vertex Connects Patient Support is not required for receiving a Vertex gene therapy.

For patients with cystic fibrosis (CF)

Wherever life with CF takes patients prescribed a Vertex medicine, Vertex GPS is here to help. They offer personalized, one-on-one support to help patients start and stay on track with treatment. From navigating insurance to managing day-today stress and planning for life’s changes, enrollees will be assigned a dedicated GPS Support Specialist who will be with them every step of the way.*
